Our History
It started with a great location and a dream.
Owners Robert Fleckenstein and Jeffrey McCusker met and formed their unique partnership over a shared love for premier dining experiences and their mutually boundless ambition. Since 2017, Bob and Jeff have leaned on their individual strengths in construction and hospitality, as well as hired the best of the best to facilitate creating something truly special; a group which operates large scale with corporate structure, but feels to staff and guests like a small family business.
